Biography

As a student at Louisiana State University, I majored in mass communication with a concentration in public relations. I am most passionate about the behind-the-scenes work of creating a successful project: conducting research, creating strategic messaging and working with a team.

Education

In May, I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in mass communication with minors in Spanish and business administration.

Employment

I am currently a marketing assistant at Northwestern Mutual. Working under a financial advisor, I create content for social media, construct emails, write letters and make phone calls to attract new clients and maintain existing client relationships.

Before Northwestern Mutual, I worked at the LSU School of Music. I organized recruitment and audition events for potential students and tracked audition statuses, scholarship offers and recruitment statistics.

Leadership

I have held several positions of leadership throughout my time at LSU. I have served in many different positions in my sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, and in 2019, I was the house manager of this sorority. I coordinated living situations, planned events for 280 girls and worked closely with advisors to ensure the safety of residents and the functionality of house appliances, supplies and technology.
